Who We Are and Contact

Janis Grummitt and John Turney live sustainably and work together from their home office on four acres in New Zealand. They have worked together for over 20 years. Although much of their work is virtual, Janis also enjoys travelling to venues and organisations throughout NZ and Australia.

Our approach

Our Purpose
To enable more individual potential and more collective wisdom

We Are

Virtual and Personal - Practical - Results Focused - Ethical - Supportive

Virtual and personal
The brain learns best from varied types of input. Face-to-face, individual, online and in groups.
Our programmes are designed to make the most of all of these approaches and be fun too.

Practical
Our programmes reduce complex ideas and concepts into simple actions that can be practiced and easily taught to others.
If it isn't practicable and replicable, it won't make a difference. All Janis' advice and training is based on personal experience.

Results focused
We identify and work towards short term tangible results and long term goals.
'If you don't know where you're going, you might end up somewhere else'

Ethical
We work for ethical outcomes. This means benefit for the person, the team, the organisation and society as a whole.
We also choose to work for those organisations that are benefiting society and supporting good in the world

Supportive
We support you to provide on-going internal support or supply it ourselves.
Short term change will revert to 'normal' unless it is reinforced over time, we support you to do that.
