Wisdom cannot be taught, but it can be guided within a framework of growth and development. Through this process, each generation finds their own personal and unique wisdom within the culture of a wiser organisation.
Talks
Inspirational, informative and entertaining talks (from 40 to 90 minutes).
Use on conferences, lunchtime sessions at work, or team input within meetings.
This is a useful way to develop interest and momentum or to impart a few key practical habits.
Coaching and Mentoring
Individual and small group (up to five) mentoring.
A very personal and effective approach to learning which can be face to face, on-line, or both. When you have a few specific leaders that you would like to develop. Mentoring in pairs with partners who need to work together can be very effective...peers or manager / team members in particular.
Workshops
Collective learning in practical and interactive sessions with five to fifteen people (half to two days).
Learning in a group is always effective because we learn from others experiences and larger group allow more interactive exercises and practice. A team learning together will also strengthen their long-term work performance.
On-line webinars, surveys, kits and materials
A method for meetings, small groups, or for flexible self-learning.
When time is short or people are scattered geographically, we can use on-line meetings, workshops, videos, Power Point presentations and other online resources that people can use in their own time.
Sleep programmes for individuals, teams or whole organisations
Long term improvement and permanent change can only be achieved through a more complete serious of events with measured, integrated outcomes. 'Sleep well to work well' is a programme based on Janis' book using her protocol. It is a simple but powerful way to improve performance and wellness through sleep education and organisational change.
